We will accept an exchange or return within 14 days of purchase. The product must be unused and in its original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Candle Care Instructions

1. Trim the Wick: Before each use, trim the wick to about 1/4 inch to ensure an even burn and reduce soot.
2. Burn Time: For optimal performance, burn your candle for 2-4 hours at a time. This helps prevent tunneling and allows the wax to melt evenly.
3. Placement: Keep candles away from drafts, pets, and flammable materials. Place them on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
4. Extinguishing: Use a candle snuffer or gently blow out the flame. Avoid using water, as it can cause the wax to splatter.
5. Storage: Store candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve fragrance and color.
